1.   First, we shrink wrap Pillar Candles.
2.   Second, we put Shrink Wrapped Pillar Candles into 5 Layered Corrugated Inner Case.
3.   Third, we put above mentioned Inner Cases into 7 Layered Master Case.
4.   As per customer demand we apply FBA labels on Master Cartons and apply product barcodes on each inner box.

1.       40% advance and balance of INVOICE before Shipment’s/on the day of dispatch through Bank. Buyer/Consignee is fully allowed to get its consignment counted/inspected from his/her own staff or by any Third-Party Inspection Agency.

2.       Letter of Credit (L/C) is accepted as per below mentioned terms:

  • Firstly, Consignee’s Bank should be recognized corresponding Bank of our Banker.
  • Secondly, Purchase Order value should be less than US $ 20000.00 and Purchase Order should be of single product not assorted Items’ Purchase Order.
Q- WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD YOU ACCEPT?
A- Most safe method of sending and receiving payment is through Bank Transfer, we will send you Proforma Invoice with Banker’s Information or Commercial Invoice against which you can send us payment by approaching your Bank or through Online Banking.
Q- CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER IT IS SUBMITTED?
A- Yes, to cancel an order, email to our Sale’s Executive who is in touch with you mentioning your Purchase Order No. within 48 hours. Please note that you can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the manufacturing process even though you have emailed within 48 hours.
Q- HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU REGARDING MY PURCHASE ORDER’S UPDATE?
A- Our executive(s) will always be in contact with you and you can any time contact them on their personal e-mails or phones that will be provided to you after settling all issue(s) of Purchase Order.
Q- WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A- Goods once dispatched shall not be returned on any grounds. However, in case you may have any complaints regarding the products delivered, kindly write to us at customercare@winsomedecorative.com and cc to your Sale’s Executive who was in your touch from beginning of Purchase Order till delivery, write all genuine complaint detail with photos or videos, then we will definitely look into the matter and if we will find anything, so, we will definitely give you replacement in your next Purchase Order or if it can be repaired, so, we will repair it without taking any cost.
